In summer, the Pale di San Martino (Val Canali can be reached in 10 minutes by car) offer high altitude excursions, trekking, and climbing. Not to be missed, for adults and children alike, is the canyoning experience in the nearby Val Noana gorge! The cottage has a comfortable living area on the ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and fridge-freezer), dining area, relaxation corner with satellite TV and DVD player, bathroom with shower and washing machine. A large wood-burning stove, the typical Tyrolean 'stube', supplements the central heating (gas boiler with radiators) and provides comfortable warmth. On the first floor, which is entirely made of wood, there is a double room (with the possibility of a third bed) with balcony, a twin room (which can also be hung) and a bathroom. Our family also rents out a SPACIOUS AND ELEGANT MANSARDA (sleeps 6) in the village of Mezzano, with a large, well-equipped gardenTips and activities 15 km away is the famous and elegant resort of San Martino di Castrozza, a skiing paradise: this winter there is over 2 metres of snow on the slopes!
