Het huis ligt iets hoger; geen muggen, spinnen, wespen of wat dan ook (soms wel mieren).
Het uitzicht is meer dan geweldig; vooral ook in de avond; erg leuk dat je de hele dag bootjes / de veerpont ziet varen.
Met de eigen auto binnen 5 minuten vanuit het centrum Menaggio in het huis.
Lopen is 'niet te doen'.
Geen aircondtioning is voor ons geen probleem (veel waaiers/vinnen in het huis);
maar wel iets om rekening mee te houden als je in de zomer gaat....

Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist schnell in Menaggio (10 min). Die Aussicht auf den See ist schön.
Das Apartment war absolut lieblos eingerichtet. Es ist zweckmäßig, wenn auch für 4 Personen nicht genug Gläser vorhanden waren.Die Kaffeemaschine und Markise waren defekt. Kaffeemaschine wurde immerhin ersetzt.
