VILLA BACCO is a beautiful villa with breathtaking sea views located in Termini, near Massa Lubrense. It has a private swimming pool, a large garden, terraces, parking and a barbecue area. It is equipped with air conditioning (only in the bedrooms), heating and Internet WI-FI. Villa Bacco has 80 square metres and can accommodate 4 people.



Villa Bacco is located in Termini, a small village that is very popular for summer holidays and enjoys an enviable position in terms of landscape. Termini, is right opposite Capri, on the hill at the foot of Monte San Costanzo. Punta Campanella, with Capri in front, is only five kilometres away. Punta Campanella is connected to Termini by the ancient Via Minerva. It passes through two remarkable sites: the first is called Fossa di Papa, the other is called Mitigliano.

The villa is 1 km from the centre of the village where you will find restaurants, a grocery shop, a bar and the SITA bus stop to Sorrento.


For a pleasant stay at Villa Bacco it is necessary to have a car. You can park it in the villa's private car park. Some parts of the road to the villa are steep, so we recommend you have a powerful car. It is advisable to have a medium-sized car.


You will reach Villa Bacco by driving down a private drive of about 100 metres.


Villa Bacco is the ideal place if you are looking for a property that offers complete privacy, breathtaking views and a good location for visiting the surroundings.


THE PRIVATE GARDEN is 300 square metres. Here you will find olive trees and many other plants. It is equipped with a stone barbecue and a table and chairs for six people. It is completely enclosed. From the garden you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and the island of Capri.


THE PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL WITH JACUZZI is 2x 5 metres and 2.5 metres deep. It is open from May to the end of October. The pool area is equipped with deck chairs, table and chairs and is partially shaded by a bamboo roof. From the pool, you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and the island of Capri. You will reach the pool from the terrace by descending three small stairs.


THE TERRACE is equipped with a table and chairs and a wooden pizza oven. You will reach the terrace from the living room.


GROUND FLOOR


THE LIVING ROOM has one of the walls made of solid rock, which is very characteristic. It has a beautiful (ornamental) fireplace, a table with chairs for six and a sofa.


THE KITCHEN is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, a toaster, a kettle, a mocha coffee maker and other small appliances. You reach the kitchen from the living room.


THE FIRST BATHROOM is a service bathroom. It is equipped with a toilet, washbasin and washing machine. You will reach the bathroom from the first terrace or from the kitchen.


UPPER FLOOR (reached from the ground floor by climbing 15 steps)


THE FIRST BEDROOM has two twin beds. It is equipped with air conditioning and heating. From the bedroom, you have access to the balcony with a breathtaking view of the sea and the island of Capri. You will reach the bedroom from the corridor.


THE SECOND BEDROOM has a double bed. It is equipped with air conditioning and heating. From the bedroom, you will access the balcony with a breathtaking view of the sea and the island of Capri. You will reach the bedroom from the corridor.


THE SECOND BATHROOM is equipped with shower cubicle, washbasin, bidet and toilet. You will reach the bathroom from the corridor.


To Know

- Tourist tax: 2.00 euro per person per day for the first 5 nights, from 1 April to 31 October. Minors up to the age of majority are exempt from payment.

- For arrivals after 20:00 there will be an extra charge of 60.00 euro to be paid on arrival.

- Security deposit: 400.00 euro. The security deposit will be returned to you on the day of departure if no damage has been caused to the property.
