This seaside resort is a very popular holiday destination located on the west coast along Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way. Ballybunion Holiday Cottages No.27 Description – Sleeps 6Ballybunion Holiday Cottages are located on a large lawned landscaped site on the edge of the town, a great space to enjoy with family and friends.
These semi-detached holiday cottages are bright and spacious making them the ideal base for a seaside family holiday or group holiday in County Kerry.
Ballybunion Holiday Cottages No.27 has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 guests comfortably: Property layout – Ground floor: - Open plan kitchen - Living area with TV and open fire - Bathroom with a bath with overhead shower - Bedroom 1: twin sleeping 2 Property layout – First floor: - Bedroom 2: double sleeping 2 - Bedroom 3: twin sleeping 2 - Bathroom with shower unit There are onsite tennis courts, and plenty of local amenities including a public playground, seaside amusements, indoor pool and leisure centre all within easy reach of Ballybunion Holiday Cottages.
Ample car parking is available.

Ballybunion boasts a selection of fine restaurants, quirky cafes, craft shops and great traditional pubs.
Things to do in the local area: - Ballybunion Golf Club - Beal Castle - Doon Church - Collin's Seaweed Baths - Tintean Theatre - Ballybunion Heritage Museum - Children Playground - Lartigue Monorail in Listowel - Ballybunion Fly-Past -Listowel Races is on at the end of September IMPORTANT NOTES1.
Heating and Electricity: Depending on the location of your booking, a non-refundable Utility Contribution of €40 may apply.
If applicable, this charge is paid with your holiday balance and will appear in your payment breakdown.
If no Utility Contribution is shown on your booking, we recommend contacting our call centre to confirm how utility charges are applied, as this can vary by location.
If the €40 Utility Contribution has been charged, any additional utility costs will be handled in one of the following ways: - Paid locally to the Owner or Property Manager.
Please check with them directly, as the calculation method varies by property. - Pay As You Go electricity meter.
The €40 will be credited to the meter on the first day of your stay, and you will need to top up the meter as required during your stay.
Please note that gas or oil charges, where applicable, are always payable locally based on usage and are not included in the amount paid at the time of booking. 2.
Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner.
This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorizing your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival.
In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property. 3.Internet Access: WIFI is available in Ballybunion Holiday Cottages only from June 1st to August 31st. 4.
Towels: Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge.

Great location & very helpful backup service from Siobhan and her team.
This is the second year I've stayed in this wonderful house but was disappointed that it's modernisation has not taken place i.e. upgrading of kitchen with new appliances and the introduction of Smart TV. (missed Wimbledon tennis again this year !).

Just returned from our family holiday in THH Ballybunnion. A very enjoyable week.Houses were up to their usual immaculate standard of cleanliness.Siobhán and her team went above the call of duty to ensure our stay was a pleasant experience. A score of 10 all round.
