Coach House 1 is a converted stone property on Brackenthwaite Farm in
the delightful court yard of the family farm in the village of Yealand
which is located in an area of outstanding beauty along with the
neighbouring coastal villages of Silverdale and Arnside in the South
Lakes . This comfortable accommodation has character features such as
beams and a natural lovely stone wall in the open plan kitchen,diner
lounge . This dog friendly cottage has been thoughtfully and tastefully
presented throughout and there is wonderful walking from the door to
discover this hidden gem of an area .On the first floor there are three
bedrooms, a twin that is spacious with comfortable seating and long
reaching views , a double and the third bedroom is bunk beds .The
stylish modern bathroom has a bath with shower over and heated towel
rail .There are also laundry facilities with washing machine and dryer
which are shared with the coach next door situation just next to the
entrance .
Outside in the attractive courtyard enjoy the peace and birdsong or you
may have an inquisitive hen keeping an eye on you .This family owned
farm and holiday accommodation is a lovely spot in beautiful
countryside and this location in the south lakes means it is easy to
explore this lakeland area and beyond year round.
