Information about the host
Our house is situated in the middle of intact nature on a sunny plateau above Karlstein with a view of Bad Reichenhall and the surrounding mountains. The house is surrounded by lush meadows and woods without road noise and hectic. A charming large garden is available to all our guests. Our 4 holiday flats and 2 apartments are all equipped with complete kitchen, bath/shower and WC, TV, radio and telephone. A spacious, lovingly designed lounge with a tiled stove is available for everyone. From the Brucknerbauer you have an ideal starting point for extensive hikes and walks in the wonderful mountain world. Only a stone's throw away you can visit the famous "Pankraz-Kircherl" with a magnificent view of Bad Reichenhall. To the well-known and popular bathing lake "Thumsee" you do not need more than 10 minutes walking time. The RupertusTherme can be reached in about 3 km. Sufficient parking spaces are available. Wellness: Sauna, Solarium.

Description of the accommodation
We offer you a one-room apartment in country house style, with mansard, balcony and a fantastic panoramic view over Bad Reichenhall and the magnificent mountain world. The apartment is furnished with a sitting area, satellite TV, kitchenette and two separate beds. WLan is available. The sleeping corner is built-in. There is also a sauna available for a fee. From here it is a 5 minutes drive to the city centre. Our farm is situated at an altitude of 600 meters above Bad Reichenhall and is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a lot of flower arrangements and deckchairs for sunbathing and relaxing. Ideal for guests who are looking for absolute peace and quiet.
