Spacious, well-maintained house about 3km outside of Frasdorf, magnificent mountain and Chiemsee views, hillside location and large garden.The vacation home is an ideal starting point for excursions. Hike to the mountains right outside the front door or take one of the nearby cable cars to Kampenwand, Hochries or Wendelstein, magnificent views of the foothills of the Alps andon many mountain peaks up to the Großglockner are guaranteed in good weather. The nearby Chiemsee with Herrenchiemsee Castle and the idyllic Fraueninsel, but also Munich, Salzburg, Rosenheim, Kufstein and Berchtesgaden with Königsee invite you to explore and are easily accessible from Frasdorf. Numerous sports activities and cultural offers such as swimming, kayaking, surfing, sailing, golf, paragliding, climbing (high ropes course), mini golf, as well as museums, concerts, village and lake festivals offer the nearby region.

Freeway A 8 Munich - Salzburg, direction Salzburg, exit Frasdorf, then turn right at the entrance to Frasdorf, pass under the freeway, continue in the direction of Wildenwart - Prien. When the lonely Flori church becomes visible on the left, after about four hundred meters in a sharp right turn, at Hierankl , turn left to Greimelberg. The first house on the left side is Greimelberg No. 7.
