Welcome to the holiday home "Nettes Lieblingsplatz" in Winterberg-Silbach. Our whole house offers space for up to 7 persons on 137m2 living space and over 1123 m2 of land surrounded by a green garden. In the house there are 2 bedrooms with double beds available. Via an attic staircase you reach the attic room with a single bed. Furthermore a pull-out bed is available for you. The holiday home offers 2 modern bathrooms, one with a shower, the other with a bathtub which invites you to relax. In the kitchen with seating you can cook comfortably together with dishwasher, refrigerator, stove with oven and a lot of cooking utensils. The spacious lounge with its large dining table invites you to stay together. The living room on the 1st floor with a huge sofa offers a large TV and a separate oven, which creates a cosy atmosphere on cold winter days. The more than 1123 square meters large property is sheltered between fir trees and offers a lot of space and room to sunbathe, play and be outside. Half of the property is fenced in so that dogs can run freely in the garden. In the garden there is a brick barbecue as well as a garden set where you can sit outside on the sun terrace in good weather and under the canopy in bad weather and plan your next hiking tour from the provided hiking map. Directly from the house there are a number of short as well as long hikes and day trips, which can be reached on hiking trails throughout the day. There are several places to stop for refreshments on the paths. The Bergfreiheit Silbach is a place situated between forests and meadows and starting point for numerous hiking and cycling tours. In the small village centre there is a hotel with restaurant and a small corner shop. The ski area Skiliftkarusell Winterberg is 4,4km or 6 minutes by car or 1 hour walk (start at Möppis Hütte). Location Many hiking routes pass directly by the house, for example Sb, Sb1 and Sb4. 150 m (approx. 2 minutes on foot) to Silbach railway station with bus stop and connection to the railway in the direction of Winterberg (1 stop) or in the direction of Dortmund. Arrival by train possible. 700 m (approx. 8 minutes walk) to the village shop Silbach (bakery products, food, drinks, magazines and hiking maps) 4,4km (6 minutes by car or 1 hour walk) to the ski slope. 5,4km to Winterberg train station with many great shopping facilities

The full amount is payable after the booking. Deposit: 200 EUR. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged with 90 % of the total price. Deviating regulation from 21/12. to 06/01. (Christmas holidays).

Arrival description
Approach from Winterberg on the country road in the direction of Silbach. Directly behind the town sign Silbach turn right up the road. After a long bend you are in the Eichendorffsiedlung. Passing up there the road forks. Go down on the left hand side and you will see a garage with a high wooden fence directly on the corner. You have reached your destination for a great holiday! With the Deutsche Bahn you can reach Silbach station with the Regionalexpress 57 from Dortmund or Bigge in the direction of Winterberg. The station Silbach is a demand stop, please inform the driver in advance. From there it is a 150m or 2 minutes walk to our house.
