Simple furnished apartment Slavko is located in a peaceful neighbourhood in the north of the Pula.
It is situated on the first floor of this an apartment house and it can accommodate up to three guests. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, and a main living area.
In the main living space you can find a kitchen with all the necessary cooking appliances and kitchen utensils, a dining area, a couch which can be used as an additional double bed, a TV and an air-conditioner.
Apartment can be air-coniditioned for a fee. Outdoor in a shared garden, you can find a shared pool surrounded with sun beds.
Next to the pool you can find an outdoor seating area and children playground. Private parking is at your disposal.
WiFi, bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. Payment policy Payments are non-refundable. All transaction fees are owed by the guest and must be paid by him. Parties can agree on different payment term`s, which arrangement must be made in written and confirmed by both parties via e-mail or another way in written form. After the payment has been made, the Agency shall issue an invoice for the paid amount and a voucher for a confirmed booking. Guest shall pay the remaining amount of the booking in accordance with payment policy applicable to the booking. If the Guest does not follow payment instructions the Agency reserves the right to cancel the booking and the Guest will not be refunded for any payment received. Deposit policy In order to confirm a booking, the Guest must pay 30% of gross booking price along with all transaction fees. Cancelation policy If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 20 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Pula is the largest city in Istria, an urban center with rich history and full of sights. It was built on 7 hills and is known for its monumental amphitheater, for which the city reminds of the city of Rome. The Old Town of Pula is a small maze of lively streets that do not sleep during the summer months. To visit Pula is an advantage due to the large number of beautiful beaches in the area that can be easily reached even on foot and you can enjoy them all day in the sun for the west and southwest locations.
Historical attractions aside, Pula is a busy commercial city on the sea that has managed to retain a friendly small-town appeal. Although marred with residential and holiday developments, the coast is dotted with fragrant pine groves, seaside cafes and a clutch of fantastic restaurants. Further south along the indented shoreline, the Premantura Peninsula hides a spectacular nature park, the protected cape of Kamenjak.
