Studio apartment A7 is located on the very sea front near the town of Lokva Rogoznica.
It is a part of grand apartment complex "Kod Cara" which consists of ten apartments, a large shared terrace with outdoor seating area and private parking for all the guests.
From the shared terrace you have a breathtaking sea view on the Adriatic sea and its islands nearby.
The beach is just down the road.
This studio apartment contains a main area with a double bed and a single bed, a small dining area, a well equipped kitchen with all the necessary cooking appliances and kitchen utensils (a stove, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a water kettle, etc.), a TV and an air-conditioner.
Furthermore, there's a private bathroom with a shower.
Bed linen, towels, usage of WiFi and an air-conditioner are included in the rental price.

Lokva Rogoznica in Croatia is a small tourist place situated 9 kilometers south of Omis. It is a peaceful oasis with nice houses suitable for those that seek peaceful holidays. Above the main road there is an old village, once the biggest settlement on Omis Riviera, located at the foot of Omiska Dinara mountain.
