Villa Oleandra will delight guests with its modern and comfortable, carefully furnished interior.
It consists of two bedrooms with private bathrooms, a large living room with a dining area and a modern, fully equipped kitchen.
The living room has access to a covered patio with seating furniture and a private infinity pool.
All rooms are air-conditioned.
The rental price includes the use of Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and covered parking inside the private fenced yard.
Relax in the crystal clear waters of the pool after returning from the beach, a walk or bike ride through the wonderful nature of central Istria.
Near the town of Pazin, in the heart of Istria is the town with the picturesque name - Sveti Petar u Sumi (St.Peter in the woods). This place is located 12km from Pazin and 25km from Porec and the sea. Dear guests, Check in is from 16:00 - 21:00 , and check out not later than 10:00. Bedlinen is changed every 7 days.

This place is located 12km from Pazin and 25km from Porec and the sea. It is surrounded by green hills, which are very typical for the gentle Istrian landscape and the surrounding valleys. There are cycle paths and marked trails for walkers and mountain walkers. Nearby there is a riding center with beautiful horses. Only 10 minutes by car are Pazin and its famous cave. Sv. Peter is a picturesque example of a place with a rich past with its Benedictine monastery from the early Renaissance period and its harmonious baroque buildings. But it does not only offer cultural facilities, but it also has an excellent gastronomic offer, in the surrounding country farms, where you can taste the traditional Istrian cuisine and the wine of the Istrian vineyards.

Sehr schönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus in dem man sich wirklich wohlfühlen kann.Toll ist auch, dass es im Ort ein sehr nettes Agriturismo mit hervorragender istrischer Küche gibt und auch einen kleinen Supermarkt nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! August 2020.

Emplacement très calme. Possibilité de faire des courses a moins de 10min en voiture. Principaux sites touristiques a moins de 1h en voiture.
