Bedroom 3 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds. (Travel Crib and Highchair available for free.) Bathrooms Villa Luisa has 2 Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 (Family Bathroom) bath with W/C. Bathroom 2 (Family Bathroom) has shower and W/C. Swimming Pool Private Pool Size: 8.0m x 4.0m Depths: Shallow End = 1.00m; Deep End = 1.80m Aspect: South-East Facing Pool Access: Ladder Additional Pool Features: Sun Beds, Poolside Dining Area and Pool Shower. Additional Information The owner resides downstairs with a separate entrance and private garden area. ---------------------- SECURITY DEPOSIT If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25 years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages or additional cleaning required.

The neighborhood is unbeatable, the property is spacious, well equipped, and the private pool is a great advantage. The response from customer service is superb.

Leider gab es keinerlei Verbrauchsmittel wie z.B. Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, etc. Es war lediglich 1 Spülmaschinentab vorhanden, auch nur 1 Müllsack.Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war mäßig, es wurde mehrfach der Online Check In verlangt, obwohl er bereits gemacht war. We would happily stay here again. This was a return journey for us after 7 years and had a look round several other resorts. Cala Galdana is a hidden gem and the large sheltered bay is beautiful.
