Residence in a typical and quiet village along the Mediterranean coast, turquoise sea and a beautiful long sandy beach

The residence is located between Castelsardo and Santa Teresa di Gallura, Badesi is a quiet little town situated on a long stretch of unspoilt coastline that boasts 8km of sandy beach. The area is lush and green with aromatic mediterranean plants and shrubs. The complex which is within easy walking distance of the town centre, is divided into 2 sections each with a series of pretty terraced 2 storey buildings located around the swimming pool. Between the two complexes is a new shopping center. The apartments are located either on the ground or 1st floor and all have indpendente entrance.

The car park is unattended, there are children\'s playground, bowling green, shared barbecue with picnic area, tv room with sky television, coin operated laundry, WiFi internet connection, notebook rental, small shopping center with Bar / Restaurant with panoramic views and various shops.

The reception desk opens 9.00 to 1.00p.m. and 5.00 to 8.00p.m. The price includes the Weekly fee (electricity, water, gas and bed linens), the comfort card that includes: \"set sea\" supplied per apartment, per stay (1 umbrella, 2 beachchairs), \"welcome breakfast\" (1 welcome breakfast c / o the bar at 20 meters, \"sports\" (swimming pool), \"children\'s area\" (area games room with play station, play area, and area WII); internet connection; “courtesy kit” (bathroom nécessaire); excursions and car hire bookings (payable extras). Animals are not allowed.

In the village of Badesi (200 mt) you\'ll find shops, bars, restaurants, chemists and tourist medical service. Shuttle bus to the beach at scheduled times. At the beach: excursions, wind surf lessons, sun umbrellas and beach equipment for hire. Distance from the beach: 2,5 Km from Li Junchi beach and 3 Km from Li Mindi beach where you’ll find an ample parking area reserved for guests only (distance from the beach 200–300 mt).

Please note: the final cleaning does not include the cooking stove, this has to be cleaned by the renter.

The apartment is located inside the Residence Badus, in the pleasant and quiet town of Badesi, less than 3 km from the wide sandy beaches of Li Junchi and Li Mindi.

Residence Badus is located just 200 metres from the centre of Badesi. The structure is divided into two complexes and includes a bar and a restaurant. The Badus offers to guests many free services: parking, swimming pool, small playground, petanque court, shared barbecue with picnic area, TV room. A laundromat is also available (extra service to be paid).

The apartment includes: a living room with equipped kitchenette and double sofa bed, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower. Inside the flat, you will find all the comforts to make you feel at home: TV, safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, air conditioning, microwave, Wi-Fi connection, equipped veranda or balcony. Moreover, inside the flat you will find a beach umbrella and two sun chairs to take with you during your days at the beach.

Located in between Anglona and Gallura, Badesi is a recent seaside village. The town has many shops, bars and restaurants and, during the summer, it's rich in events and festivals.The beaches of Badesi are absolutely breathtaking. Li Mindi is a wide beach with wonderful colours and white and fine sand. It extends for kilometres and it's crossed by the river Coghinas. The dunes of fine sand are covered with junipers and the waters have a stunning blue colour. Due to its exposure to the mistral wind, the coast is an ideal destination for windsurfers. The coast has been declared site of Community interest, due to its variety of flora and fauna. The area, characterized by hills and plains, is perfect for the luxuriant vineyards, from which the famous "Vermentino di Gallura" is obtained.Badesi is also an excellent starting point for those who intend to visit the northern part of the island and it's an ideal area for tourists looking for a stay away from the chaos of the most crowded destinations.Do not miss the stops in the gorgeous town of Castelsardo and at the "Roccia dell'Elefante", and an excursion on the river Coghinas.

If you need any help you can go to the reception office. The reception opens every day from 9 am to 1 pm and from 5 pm to 8 pm.Check-in is available every day from 17:00 to 20:00. Check-out is scheduled before 10:00 am. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated to the reception a few days before the check in. In case of no-communication of the late arrival, the check in is not guaranteed.For arrivals after 24.00, the guests will be welcomed the next day or they can ask for a late check in paying an extra charge.
