This exclusive recently built Villa is set in a quiet residential part of Dubrovnik, only 10 minutes walking distance from Old Town.
Property offers comfortable place to stay for up to 10 guests and features 5 ensuite bedrooms, large living/dining area, well equipped kitchen and private heated swimming pool. The Villa spreads on tree floors. Fully equipped kitchen with dining room and large living room area are located on the ground floor.
The living room opens directly onto a front terrace and pool area equipped with outside dining table, lounge seats and sunbathing area. On the first floor there are 3 en-suite bedrooms. Two bedrooms are fitted with queen size beds while third bedroom has pair of twin beds which can be converted into a double bed upon request. The second floor features 2 more bedrooms, one en suite master bedroom with large terrace and one twin ensuite bedroom which can also be converted into double room. Amenities include: AC (all rooms), floor heating, SAT TV, DVD, hi-fi, wireless Internet access, smoke detector, full kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, oven, stove, fridge/freezer), 5 ensuite bedrooms, 1 additional toilette, laundry room with washer/dryer, hairdryers, iron, ironing board, terrace, heated pool, BBQ parking space. Property is located in calm mostly residential area within a walking distance from all important amenities and lively Old Town.
Nearest beach is approximately 10 minutes walking distance from the Villa.
One small grocery store and one larger are located within 5-7 minutes walking from the property. Villa Hedera sleeps 10 *Pool temperature is set to 25C/77F and cannot be changed by guests.
Pool heater will not function when air temperature is at or below 15C/59F. *In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection.
Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same. All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol.
Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. *

The villa was well equipped and convenient for a larger group. The outdoor space and pool were quite welcoming and pleasant. The host company was very responsive. We had an issue with the washing machine which was resolved immediately. The location is perfect to explore Dubrovnik. Parking was provided which is crucial given location.

This is a fantastic house in a fantastic location, just outside the old city walls. The house had everything we needed. Every bedroom had a large bed (equivalent to a king size) or 2 twin sized beds and a beautiful ensuite bathroom. Beds were comfortable. The inside and outside patio were excellent....
