Studio apartment Grahovac 1 consists of a kitchen and living room in one room, and a bathroom.
The kitchen and living room have access to the balcony and are located on the ground floor.
The kitchen is equipped with electric and gas hob, oven, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer compartment.
In the living room there is a double bed and a TV. Free WiFi, shared grill and private parking available. With the maximum capacity of the apartment there is the possibility of accommodating a child up to 4 years who does not use his own bed, with a fee of 6.00 EUR per day / per child, which is paid on the spot. Malinska is located in the northwestern part of the island, in the wide bay between the capes of Ćuf and Pelova. Together with the twenty or so villages scattered around it, it forms the historic area of Dubašnica. The most important natural resource of this region is the specific power and beauty of the sea and of the forests of Dubašnica.
Malinska faces Kvarner Bay and Rijeka, Croatia’s largest port city. With its relatively low and accessible coast, the western part of Dubašnica offers spectacular views of Istria and Učka mountain. Closer to the island’s centre, on loose karst limestone soil and protected from strong winds, is the inland part of Malinska. This location features one of the island’s most favourable climates, and is rich with lush vegetation.

Die Unterkunft selbst war grundsätzlich schön und die Lage war angenehm. Positiv war auch, dass Hunde erlaubt waren und wir mit unseren Hunden anreisen konnten. Die Kommunikation wurde im weiteren Verlauf freundlicher, nachdem deutlich wurde, dass wir kooperativ sind und von Anfang an bereit waren, für einen von uns verursachten Schaden aufzukommen.
Nicht gefallen hat uns vor allem der Umgang mit einer unangenehmen Situation während unseres Aufenthalts. Es kam zu einem kleinen Missgeschick mit einer Tagesdecke, das wir sofort gemeldet haben.Von Anfang an waren wir bereit, für den entstandenen Schaden aufzukommen.Umso enttäuschender war die zunä...
