It is a spacious apartment on the ground floor of a beautiful two-family villa.
The house is surrounded by a large well-kept garden and a sea view terrace that will give you pleasant moments of relax and breathtaking sunsets. Through a private passage, in a few minutes by walk it is possible to reach the Forno beach, while the famous beaches of Scaglieri and Biodola are about 1.5 km away.
For trekking lovers, the house is close to the Punta Penisola trail, inside the "Tuscan Archipelago National Park". THE SPACE Ground Floor.

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen mit einem tollen Blick über die Bucht. Es ist ruhig und sonnig und man hat auch zu sechst genug Platz. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden wieder kommen.
