The semi-detached holiday home has loving furnishings that make you feel immediately welcome.
Read your favourite book by the wood-burning stove and enjoy cosy evenings in the typical Austrian dining area.
The house has 2 bedrooms with box-spring beds, a spacious bathroom upstairs and a large bedroom with bunk beds and sofa bed (including bathroom with sun shower) in the basement.
In summer, light the barbecue for the ultimate holiday evening on the terrace! Are you a winter sports fanatic? Then this is the perfect base! Just 200 metres from your door, the free ski bus departs, taking you quickly and comfortably to the fantastic Saalbach Hinterglemm Fieberbrunn Leogang ski area.
Cross-country skiers glide onto the trails straight from the holiday home.
Leogang's central location makes trips to Tyrol, Zell am See, and Kaprun a breeze.
For shopping pleasure, you don't have to travel far: Saalfelden, with a variety of shops and larger supermarkets, is just a few minutes' drive away.
In summer, Leogang turns into a veritable hiking paradise.

Voor ons gezelschap was het huis ideaal!
We hadden maar 1 huissleutel en dus moest er duidelijk afgesproken worden tussen skiërs en niet-skiërs

Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten und gut ausgestattet. Der Ausblick bzw. das Panorama ist sensationell.

Wij verbleven er voor de tweede keer met 2 gezinnen (4 volwassenen en 4 kinderen van 7-11 jaar) en hebben weer een fijn verblijf gehad. Huis is voorzien van alle faciliteiten en ligt in een rustige wijk.
