Located in Paramé, 700 metres from the main beach of St Malo, Bohemian is a beautiful, fully-equipped flat with everything you need for your stay.
Please note that construction work is currently underway on the street, which may cause occasional noise disturbances during the day.
It can accommodate up to 4 people and benefits from easy access to transport and shops as well as a secure private parking space.
Linen provided, wifi, beds made on your arrival, fully equipped kitchen, all you have to do is put down your suitcases! Contact us for more information! The accommodation Located on the 2nd floor, accessible by stairs and with a surface area of 73 m², the flat is arranged as follows: - Pleasant living room with a sitting area in soft, pastel colours and a dining table for 4 people. - Separate, fully equipped kitchen: small side table for 2 people, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and electric kettle, etc. - 2 large bedrooms of about 14 m², each with a double bed (160 cm) and a wardrobe.
A desk is at your disposal in one of them. - Bathroom with bathtub.
The toilets are separate.
Neighbourhood Bohemian is located in a very quiet area, park with children's playground 2 minutes away from the flat.
You will find shops in the immediate vicinity (3-4 min).
Market twice a week, Rochebonne beach at 700 m.
Transport The train station is 7 minutes away by car.
There is a bus stop for the main sites nearby.
There is an outdoor parking.
Other remarks : - Baby cot and high chair available on request at extra cost from our on-site service provider. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to concierge availability.

Bohemian Séjour très agréable ! L’appartement est idéalement situé pour un séjour calme et reposant. Pour ceux qui aiment marcher, Saint Malo intra muros se rejoint facilement à pieds par le front de mer. Nous recommandons.

Bohemian "Logement parfaitement situé au calme et avec la plage accessible à pied. Place de parking en bas du logement. Appartement très agréable, les chambres sont très spacieuses et la cuisine très bien équipée.
