The flat : Located on the 3rd and top floor of a small residence, the 44 m² flat, which can accommodate up to 4 people, is made up as follows: Day area: - Bright living room with a bay window giving access to the balcony.
Lounge area with sofa bed (140 x 190 cm), coffee table, TV. - Kitchen area with velux window, fully equipped: ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, Senseo and filter coffee maker, kettle.
The dining table is perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends.
Sleeping area: - Bedroom with double bed (140 x 190 cm), velux window and storage cupboard. - Bedroom with 2 separate 80 x 190 cm beds with two windows opening onto the balcony and storage cupboard at the entrance to the bedroom. - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC Exterior: - 3 m² covered balcony with table and two chairs - Closed ski locker on the ground floor of the residence - Outdoor parking in front of the building, including one private parking space Nearby: - Located at the foot of the slopes, in the heart of the 192 km Espace Diamant ski area, the flat is close to the Crest-Voland and Les Saisies resorts. - Ski hire 100 m away - Ski lifts 50 m away - Cheese dairy 500 m away - Flumet town centre with its many shops 1.5 km away: Bars, Pubs, Food shops, Caterers, Tobacconists / Newsagents, Bookshops, Gifts / Souvenirs, Regional products, Delicatessens, Hairdressers, Well-being, Bakeries, Jewellers, Restaurants, Butchers / Delicatessens, Sports shops, Producers, Farm sales, Laundrette. - Praz sur Arly at 4 km - Megève at 8 km Activities : - In winter: ski area linked to the heart of the Espace Diamant, over 185 km of pistes in total.

Transport : By car: - 10 minutes from Megève, 15 minutes from Les Saisies and La Clusaz, 25 minutes from Albertville, 40 minutes from Chamonix, 50 minutes from Italy, 1 hour from Annecy and Geneva, 2 hours from Lyon.
By TGV to Albertville (40-minute bus transfer): - Direct trains from Paris, Nantes, Strasbourg, Lille: 4 hours from Lille, 3h40 from Paris, 6h20 from Brussels (Eurostar), 5 hours from London By Plane, the airports : - Geneva - Cointrin 70 km away - Lyon St Exupéry 160 km away - Chambéry-Aix les Bains 90 km away - Annecy-Meythet 60 km away - Free ski buses make it easy to get to the slopes and the village of Flumet.

Schuss 2 "The accomodation was a big disappointment
🙂 Useful information to check in and get in the appartement.
🙁 Hidden extra cost of cleaning fee, which wasn`t written on the booking.com site.
There was no toiletpaper, dishwasher tablet, trashbag etc.
Host was very not really friendly in the communication.
Very good pictures, which was taken to hide the defiencies of the place."
