The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you the opportunity to rent the ‘Bord de Garonne’ flat, a cosy studio overlooking the Garonne and the prairie des filtres.
The view is magnificent and the location is soothing.
Located between the ground floor and the 1ᵉʳ floor and measuring 30 m², it can accommodate up to 2 travellers.
It comprises a large, bright living room, an office area, a kitchen and a shower room.
Bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A bright living room with double sofa bed, coffee table, TV, desk area with chair and wardrobe. - A fully-equipped kitchen area with fridge, extractor fan, hob, coffee machine, electric kettle, etc. - A shower room with shower, mirror and WC.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher.
The flat is ideally located in Toulouse, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the nearby pay car park (Carmes).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Toulouse Matabiau station, about 15 minutes by car (4.1 km) - Nearest airport: Toulouse-Blagnac airport, about 15 minutes by car (9.2 km) - 2 steps from Esquirol metro line A and Carmes metro line B, Other remarks: - There is wifi throughout the flat. - Linen and towels are included. - Pets are not allowed in the flat - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the flat for future visitors.

Emplacement en plein centre ville ..sur les quais.
Cela vous favorise de visiter le centre ville proximité du metro.
En absence du double vitrage.. on entend les passages des véhicules sur le quai.

J'ai été ravie de passer une semaine dans ce petit studio. Tout était conforme aux détails précisés dans l'annonce. Je le recommande vivement à qui aimerait passer un séjour tranquille à Toulouse. Même si le voisinage de dessus a tendance à être bruyant, cela n'influence en rien les services de l'a...
Si c'était à refaire, j'y retournerai
