In a unique position, 50 meters from the beautiful "La Pelosa" detached house of about 80 sq m with a beautiful view of the sea and 600 sq m of shared garden.
The house is on one level with a living room with dining area, which opens onto the veranda with resin decorations, kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds and a recently renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The house is ideal for 4 people but with the use of the sofa bed it can accommodate up to 6 people.
The Sardinia region is not a traditional Mediterranean destination, but a sophisticated Italian island, west of the mainland and south of Corsica.
With over 1800km of coastline, it is renowned for its beautiful beaches, clear blue sea and fascinating rock formations.

You will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival.
If you do not receive the contract on time, you should contact the managing agency on the number provided on the booking confirmation.
Check-in time is between 16:00 and 21:00.
And that will be subject to an appointment being made with the receptionist.
