This welcoming single storey property provides more than just a comfortable holiday experience and is centrally located for the Lakes and Dales National Parks.. 2 steps to entrance.
All on the Ground Floor: Living/dining room: Freeview Smart TV, Woodburner Kitchen: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Bedroom 2: Bunk (3ft) Beds Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet.
Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.
Initial logs for wood burner included. .
Lawned garden with garden furniture. 2 dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (sheep country).
Private parking for 1 car.

Situated in a rural position and adjoining the owners’ property, it is just 1½ miles from the attractive, ancient, market town of Appleby-in-Westmorland, in the beautiful Eden Valley.
The property is a very quiet adult only retreat for up to 3 adults.
It is centrally located in a peaceful position in the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Parks, and has a pretty outlook.
It is also close to the Scottish Borders and Hadrian’s Wall.
Excellent walking, cycling, golf and fishing are all available nearby.

Colby cottage was lovely cottage so cosy and comfortable well equipped kitchen needs a bread bin this cottage is OK for a family of four but not suitable for two couples as there is bunk beds in the back bedroom but it was OK for me and my husband the dog basket with all the dog treats and shampoo etc was lovely gesture really please would stay here again .

Colby hall is a delightful cottage equipt with everything you need. Good enclosed garden for anyone with a dog. The lovely hampers where amazing. It was lovely to watch all the farm animals from the garden. Sally was lovely always there if you needed help with anything. I would recommend this cottage to family and friends.

Stayed here for three weeks, nice cottage with well equipped kitchen, good beds and spacious shower.Quiet area with lots of walks in the area, not far from the lakes. Can recommend it.
