Im gemütlichen Ferienhaus Rhea in Feldberg-Falkau finden Sie im 2. OG eine separate Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit Blick in die Natur.
Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2019 renoviert und lädt zum Erholen und Entspannen ein. Das freistehende Ferienhaus liegt auf ca. 1000m Höhe und ist der perfekte Augangspunkt für viele schöne Aktivitäten. Die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss hat 2 separate Schlafzimmer mit je 1 x Doppelbett (180x200cm), 2 x Einzelbetten.
Für die 5. Person steht ein Zustellbett (80x200xm) bereit.
Das komfortable Wohn-/Esszimmer ist mit einem Fernseher, DVD-Player und gemütlichem Sofa ausgestattet. Auch in der komplett eingerichteten Küche mit 4 Kochfeldern- Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirrspülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Toaster finden Sie alles, was Sie in Ihrem Urlaub benötigen. Im Bad gibt es ein WC und eine Dusche.
Ein Föhn und ein Kosmetikspiegel sind vorhanden. Außerhalb der Wohung auf der halben Etage, gibt es ein weiteres WC, das zusätzlich zur Verfügung steht. Bis zu 3 Hunde oder 3 Haustiere sind in der Wohnung herzlich willkommen. Genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub im Sommer auf dem Freisitz. Die Unterkunft ist eine Nichtraucherunterkunft. Der Ortsteil Falkau gehört der der Gemeinde Feldberg an. Am Feldberg befindet sich das älteste und größte Naturschutzgebiet Baden-Württembergs. In nur 5 Autominuten erreichen Sie einen Lebensmittelmarkt.
Skilifte, Sesselbahn und Seen sind in 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
Wanderwege, Radwege und Loipe sind 100 m vom Haus entfernt.
Die Skibushaltestelle zum Skigebiet Feldberg ist ca. 500 m entfernt. In the cosy holiday home in Feldberg-Falkau you will find a separate apartment in the 3rd floor, in a quiet location with a view of nature.
The holiday apartment is newly renovated in 2019 and invites you to relax and unwind.
The detached holiday home is situated at an altitude of approx. 1000m and is the perfect starting point for many beautiful activities. Apartment on the top floor has 2 separate bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds. An extra bed is available for the 5th person.
The comfortable living/dining room is equipped with a TV, DVD and a comfortable sofa. Also in the completely furnished kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster you will find everything you need for your holiday. In the bathroom there is a WC, a shower.
A hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror are available. 3 dogs or 3 pets are welcome in the flat. Enjoy your holiday in summer in the garden there is a small table waiting for you. The accommodation is a non-smoking accommodation. The district Falkau belongs to the municipality of Feldberg.
At the Feldberg is the oldest and largest nature reserve of Baden-Württemberg. In only 5 minutes by car you can reach a food market.
Ski lifts, chair lift and lakes are only 5-10 minutes away by car. Hiking trails, cycle tracks and cross-country ski runs are 100 m away from the house.

Mooie uitvalsbasis voor het skigebied Feldberg. Ook vlakbij het huis een prachtig bos waar we lekker gewandeld hebben met de hond.
Het appartement was prima uitgerust met alle benodigde keukenapparatuur en servies. Misschien waren extra handdoeken wel handig geweest.

Gute Ausstattung
Genauere Beschreibung für den Betrieb des Fernsehers und die Kathreinbox wäre sehr sinnvoll. Zum zweiten Schlafzimmer gibt es leider eine üble Stolperfalle da Niveauunterschied. Auch eine kurze Betriebsanleitung für die Spülmaschine wäre gut. An der Stehlampe im Eck fehlt ein Leuchtmittel.
