Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist gut eingerichtet. Der Balkon hat eine gute Ausrichtung und eine schöne Grösse. Die Lage ist schön, nah am See. Da die Hauptstrasse gerade vor dem Haus vorbei führt, hat man etwas Lärmbelästigung.
