Nice and bright studio apartment in the heart of the Old Port of Genoa, with large panoramic windows overlooking the dock. The apartment is only 300m from the Darsena underground and 800m from the Principe Square railway station. The Genoa Aquarium is very close, just 5 minutes walking. The museums of Via Garibaldi and the Royal Palace are also easily reachable, as well as the Zecca-Righi funicular heading to the Righi hill, where you can enjoy a wonderful landscape of the city!


The flat is 33sqm and it's located on the second floor of a building with elevator. The apartment consists of a single space with dining area and sleeping area. The kitchenette is equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, juicer, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave. The sleeping area has a split AC, a queen bed and a pouf that turns into a single bed. The bathroom has a wc, bidet and shower box reachable by a step.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, air conditioning, independent heating, TV, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).


The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.


We are very flexible and are happy to organize late check-outs, if possible. However, this depends on whether or not we have guests arriving on the day you leave. For this reason, we will confirm any requests of late check-out the day before your arrival.

- From Genova Principe Station, it is possible to reach the apartment in about 9 minutes on foot.


- If you are traveling by car, it is impossible to reach the accommodation by car as the area is pedestrian. The nearest paid parking is a 1-minute walk from the structure (Park Marina Porto Antico).
