Escape to our charming and cozy 700 sq.ft. villa in the mountains! This suite includes: • Bedroom: King bed • Bathroom: Toiletries and towels provided • Living Area: Gas fireplace, flat-screen TV with DVD player.
Stero system to enjoy music, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in-suite. • Kitchen: Microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, full-sized oven, dishes, utensils, and cooking necessities.
Dining table with seating.
Additional amenities and services are available at the Tahoe Ridge Resort including: • Year-round indoor and outdoor pool access. • Fitness centre, tennis courts, (indoor/outdoor) basketball nets, racquetball court, badminton court, group fitness classes, and more! • 3 on-site restaurants LOCAL FAVORITES Outdoor Activities: • Relax and pamper yourself in the on-site Spa • In the summer, spend the day at Rolling Pines Beach - about a 20-minute drive. • In the winter, take the Skier Express and hit the slopes Local Dining: • Mott Canyon Tavern & Grill: Highly rated for the burgers! • The Chart House: a fine dining experience • Grab a coffee at the Bean Bar is located in Round Hill Village. • If you're wanting to cook in-room, we'd recommend grabbing groceries at the Marketplace on-site, or from the Safeway in town.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Fees Upon Arrival • Damage deposit: Fully-refundable damage deposit: $115 USD. • Resort Fee: A nightly resort fee of $39 is required and includes parking, access to indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, hot tub, on-property activities, indoor courts, and in-room DVDs with players. • Room taxes and Douglas County tax apply and typically total $5 or more per night.
Important Information • Dive into the pools on-site - the outdoor pool is seasonal • Mini golf is only open during the summer season. • Please note that there is no air-conditioning • At check-in, you will receive a unit with the same specs as the images shown.

If you have a specific request, please inform our team upon booking and we will be happy to add a request to your reservation. • Ski rentals are not available on-site, but guests are provided a Heavenly Coupon to avail discounted rates for rentals at Heavenly Mountain.

Nice rooms - We had two connected rooms perfect for our small group of 5. Covered parking makes it easy to load and unload. Location is very close to stagecoach ski lift ideal for intermediate skiers. Access to shuttle also great if parking is full. Hot tub and sauna in building too. Would repeat.

Wonderful stay. Big spacious 2 bd 2 ba condo at The Ridge. This property is beautiful and wonderfully maintained. Clean and well appointed. The staff is friendly and considerate. This is our third stay at the Ridge and we will be back.
