Come and enjoy the gentle way of life in Gruissan, in this attractive, secure residence with a swimming pool, overlooking the port, close to all shops and just 1 km from Grazel beach. La Brigantine is a 60 m² apartment that can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children, furnished with a living room with sitting area, equipped kitchen, dining table, 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine, bathroom and toilet. Enclosed terrace with dining area. Private parking space. Sheets at extra cost. WiFi included, we are waiting for you!
The apartment:
- Entrance hall with large dressing room
A staircase leads down to the living room, which is equipped with:
- A large fitted kitchen: dishwasher, oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, 2 coffee makers (filter and Senseo), extractor hood, microwave, various dishes, etc.
- A lounge area: TV with TNT, children's books, novels, board games (Scrabble, Yams, card games)
- Enclosed south-facing terrace with extendable table and clothes horse
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: south-facing, with a 140 x 190 cm double bed and a wardrobe. Access to the enclosed terrace.
- Bedroom 2: Sofa bed (140 x 190 cm) with a real 20 cm thick mattress. Mezzanine bed with two children's beds, accessible by a telescopic ladder (2 real custom-made mattresses, 1.50 m x 1 m, installed foot to foot).
- Bathroom with window, fitted with bathtub, washing machine, cupboards.
- Separate toilet.
Outside:
- Shared outdoor swimming pool (15 m x 7 m, depth 135-250 cm) and paddling pool. The pool is open from May 15 to September 15 with lifeguard on duty in July and August.
- Private parking space with the apartment
Nearby:
- At the foot of the residence: Tourist office, bus stop, ATM, Vival grocery store (bread/pastries) open 7 days a week from 7:30 a.m.
- Direct access to the harbor promenade with various restaurants, snack bars, ice cream parlors, shops, etc.
- Beaches: “Du Grazel” sandy beach 1 km away and “Plage des Chalets” beach 5 km away
- 2 km away: Supermarkets (Lidl/Intermarché), doctor's office, stadium, nightclub, skate park, “Pirate Park” amusement park (July/August)
- The village center is 1.5 km away
Activities:
- 500 m/1 km away: access to the lake and the Massif de la Clape: hiking, walking, picnics, mountain bike trails for all levels, etc.
