This partially renovated three-room apartment is located on the first floor of a small recently renovated condominium, a stone's throw from the beach, in the center but just outside the summer pedestrian area therefore always easily accessible.
The apartment consists of: living room with kitchenette and single sofa bed, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, TV, washing machine and air conditioning, balcony with partial sea view, shared parking space . Total 4 + 1 beds.
In the price IS NOT INCLUDED THE CITY TAX (payable locally and in cash) of € 0.50 per person per night, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights.
Children under the age of 12 are excluded from the payment. SERVICE ON REQUEST (to book previously and payable locally): - Final cleaning: € 80.00. - ADDITIONAL CLEANING IN CASE OF PRESENCE OF ANIMALS, where permitted prior authorization € 50.00. Guest access We are waiting you in our agency in office time (from 15:00 to 18:00) where we will make the check-in, after we will take you to the house
