Come and enjoy a getaway in this 100 m² flat, on the first floor of a large villa, ideally located not far from shops and transport in Uhart-Cize! Not far from Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port, come and discover the variety and beauty of the Basque countryside, between the sea and the mountains! You will have a beautiful and luminous living room with a lounge and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, three bedrooms, a bathroom, two balconies as well as a private garden with a large terrace to enjoy a friendly meal in the sun! Private parking.

The flat : Located on the first floor of a villa, the accommodation is composed as follows: Day area: - A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a sofa, armchairs, a coffee table, a TV and a Hi-Fi system as well as a dining area with a convivial dining table for up to 6 people. - A functional and fully equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, gas and electric hob, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker and a second dining area for 4 people. - A laundry room with a tumble dryer, an ironing board and iron, brooms, hoover, etc.
Night space: - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190) and large wardrobes. - Bedroom 2: Queen size bed (160x200), large wardrobes and a desk. - Bedroom 3: two single beds and large cupboards. - A bathroom with a bath/shower, a washbasin and a bidet. - Separate WC.
Outside : - A private garden with a terrace equipped with a table, chairs and a barbecue to enjoy a good meal outside! - Three balconies of 3 m² each, two accessible from the living room.
One with a view of the garden, the other with a view of a green wooded area and the mountains.
The third is accessible from one of the bedrooms.
Neighbourhood: The accommodation is ideally located in a pleasant area, within walking distance (400 metres) of all the shops in the town centre: bakery, butcher's shop, mini-market, supermarkets, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Activities : Interesting with its typical architecture of the region, the village of Uhart-Cize also presents a historical heritage that seduces visitors.
On the route to Santiago de Compostela and on the old Roman road from Bordeaux to Astorga in Galicia, it has a green nature and very attractive surrounding landscapes! - Hiking: GR10, GR 65, La voie du Puy. - Mountain biking: the Navarres gates circuit, the Scandiberica circuit... - Visit of wine estates and tasting of regional products. - Visit of the surrounding towns and villages: Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port, Itxassou, Combo-les-Bains, Saint-Palais and the Spanish border nearby. - Cultural events in the summer season: Basque pelota, folk dancing. - Municipal swimming pool, horse riding, fishing, tennis, canyoning...
Transport : - Buses: routes throughout the Basque Country. - Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port train station located at 950 m (12 min walk). - Biarritz airport located at 52 km (54 min by car).
Other remarks: - The ground floor is occupied by a liberal profession, from Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm. - A garage is available to park a vehicle.
A second car can be parked in front of the garage. - Bed linen is not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge of 15€ per bed.

Très bonne situation. Près du centre ville et au cœur de tas de belles randos. Ancienne maison très fonctionnelle. Le parquet apporte beaucoup de charme.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette grande maison basque, l’appartement au 1er étage est parfait, spacieux, propre et très bien équipé. Saint-Jean-Pied de Port et ses animations à 5 min à pied, et tant de choses à voir dans cette très belle région. Je recommande !

This was a great place and in an idyllic area. There is a business downstairs and there were only slight interferences getting our car in / out amongst the business cars during the day. As this was a bit of a working holiday and that we have older kids who are not fluent, we had challenges with WiFi...
