⭐ Discover our beautiful one bedroom apartment of 35m ² located Place Vaucanson in Grenoble. 🏔 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **✓ Your accommodation :** 🏢 This pretty studio with exposed beams on the 4th floor is composed of : - a beautiful living room, - a fully equipped open kitchen, - a room on the mezzanine, - a bathroom with shower and WC. 🛌 The apartment has two sleeping spaces: - a mezzanine bedroom with a queen size bed The apartment is equipped with velux and blind, for a quiet night in the dark! - a double sofa bed in the living room. ⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the facilities in the flat, such as a television, free wifi connection, a library, kitchen equipment (Krups Nespresso machine (capsules not provided), kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, etc.), plenty of storage space (cupboard and wardrobe), bed linen and towels for 4 people on arrival. 🔒 Following your reservation: In order to welcome you in a really nice place and to keep our apartment as beautiful as they are, a deposit on your credit card will be requested via a trusted partner "Swikly".
After your booking confirmation, you will get an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card.
This verification will assure us an amount in case something happens in the flat.
Nothing will be blocked or taken from your account.
Please note that without this deposit, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you, and your booking won't be refund.
Nb: This deposit is also accepted by website. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **✓ Its location : ** 📍 Located in the hyper centre of Grenoble, you have a grocer, a tobacco shop, a bakery, a pharmacy, a restaurant at 1 minute walking distance.
You can access 2 steps to the historical centre of the city with its pedestrian streets, its numerous shops, restaurants.
You will even find a cinema 2 minutes walk away and if you come to do administrative paperwork, the Prefecture is 5 minutes away on foot! 🚌 Getting around : Many public transport services (Tram A, stop Verdun Préfecture or Tram A or B, stop Hubert Dubedout) which serve the town and the surrounding area are less than 3 minutes away on foot.
You can discover the city and the district on foot or by bike. 🚗 Parking is possible around the building (paying during the day except Sundays) as well as in the surrounding car parks.

All cleaning costs are paid in full to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and solidarity cleaning). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 🕰️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00.
