🌄 Really quiet one bedroom apartment and well decorated flat ! 🥰 Enjoy the really nice view on the Belledonne mountain 🗻 ~~~~~~~~~~~~ 🏢 **✓Your accommodation :** You will find a 1bedroom flat on the 3rd floor with elevator, composed of: - A living room with sofa bed (2 places), TV, and Wi-Fi - Fully equipped kitchen (induction hobs, fridge, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, microwave...) open to the living room - A charming bathroom with shower - One bedroom with a double bed ⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the equipments in the flat, such as a TV, Wi-Fi connection, kitchen full-equiped, storage cupboards, bed linen and towels for 4 travelers upon arrival! 🔒 Following your reservation: In order to welcome you in a really nice place and to keep our apartment as beautiful as they are, a deposit on your credit card will be requested via a trusted partner "Swikly".
After your booking confirmation, you will get an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card.
This verification will assure us an amount in case something happens in the flat.
Nothing will be blocked or taken from your account.
Please note that without this deposit, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you, and your booking won't be refund.
Nb: This deposit is also accepted by platforms. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ **✓Its location :** 📍 Quiet, residential and safe area 10 minutes walk from the city centre.
Tobacco shop, bakery, mini-market, restaurant, pharmacy less than 5 minutes walk! The discovery of the city and the district can be done on foot, or by bike.
Many activities for sport 🏋♀ 🚌 Public transportation : Just up to the tram A station 🚗 Parking is possible and free of charge in the streets around the building (be careful not on the boulevard itself) as well as in the surrounding car parks. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ 💗 **Our favourites :** - Enjoy one large balcony with nice view from the kitchen & the living room - Tram A just out of the apartment - Well equipped for a short or long stay ~~~~~~~~~~~~ **✓Please note before booking :** 💁♀️ We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation.
We are in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests! 🧹 The cleaning charges also include bed and bathroom linen, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health and safety regulations, sheets and towels will be left on your bed. 🤝 This is solidarity housing! All the cleaning costs are paid to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and solidarity cleaning). 🕰️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00.

Check-out is also possible up to 10:00 am.
For late check-out, please contact us in advance.
An additional charge of €24 incl.
VAT applies in both cases. 🐶 If you bring your pet with you, we charge €12 incl.
