It was very recently completely renovated ! ⭐ It consists of: - a living room with a sleeping area, - a small TV corner, - a fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster...), - a dining room, - a shower room with shower and toilet (sanibroyeur). 🛌 The flat has a sleeping area: - a double bed for 2 people. ⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the facilities present in the flat, such as a television, wifi connection, kitchen equipment or bed linen and towels for 2 people on arrival. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **✓ Its location: ** 🚌 Getting around: Trams A, C, E: Stop "Chavant".

This verification will assure us an amount in case something happens in the flat.
Nothing will be blocked or taken from your account.
Please note that without this deposit, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you, and your booking won't be refund.
Nb: This deposit is also accepted by platforms. 💁 We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation.
We are in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests! 🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed linen and towels, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health safety regulations, bed linen and towels will be left on your bed. 🤝 This is solidarity accommodation! The entire cost of cleaning is donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and cleaning solidarity). 🕰️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00.

Check-out is also possible up to 10:00 am.
For late check-out, please contact us in advance.
An additional charge of €24 incl.

L'emplacement est idéal, proche de 2 lignes de tram.
Negative:
Sani-broyeur bruyant et se met en route de manière inopinée au milieu de la nuit, il n'y a pas de pendrie, ni de crochets à la salle de bain pour supendre sa serviette, le kit de bienvenue était incomplet.
