Fully renovated apartment located on the 3th floor with lift.
It is composed of a living room with an equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, hood, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator).
It has: - one bedroom, with a 5' 2"x 6' 6" double bed, opening onto a courtyard - one bedroom, with two single 3' x 6' 6" beds (can be pushed together), opening onto a balcony.
Storage space is available in each room.
A charming balcony is accessible from the living room; feel free to take lunch under the sun.
You hold the keys, and the apartment is entirely at your disposal.
There is no room or closet which is barred from access.
The space is not shared with other people.
You are at home! The building has an elevator.
Pedestrian street, shops, cinema, 2 minutes from the lake and the old town.
Arrivals are possible between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m.
After 9 p.m., if an autonomous arrival is not feasible in your accommodation, a supplement of € 20 will be requested.
The apartment is 437 yards away from the SNCF railway station and the coach station, where buses leave for La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand during the winter period, as well as shuttles to the Geneva and Lyon airports. 🅿️The nearest car parks are the parkings of Bonlieu and Courrier (3 minuts in walk). 🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm.
This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
To leave your luggage until the departure of the train we recommend the Luggage Locker “Casebook” located in the park of Bonlieu.
When you leave, the bins must be brought down in the dedicated room at the bottom of the building in front of the elevator, the dishes must be washed and stored.
