Close to the shops of the Parmelan district (Galeries Lafayettes).
You will reach Lake Annecy on foot in just 10 minutes (800m).
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and high-speed WiFi.
The living room has a sofa bed 140x200cm (Double).
Upstairs, the bedroom is equipped with a double bed 140x190cm (Double) and a bathroom with bath.
Linen will be provided for your stay.
The accommodation is located on the 6th floor with elevator. ⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed.
We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject. 🅿️An outdoor parking space is included with the apartment reservation.
Important: the apartment is non-smoking. 🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can move on foot throughout your stay.
Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake) Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, to restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake by works often cited as an example and bloom its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm.
This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

Un pied-à-terre confortable, au calme et en pleine lumière à quelques pas du lac et du centre d’Annecy

Also the key and lock on the apartment door is a little tricky which no one mentioned to us. That would have been helpful
