This property completely renovated in August 2020 has an equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, hob, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, dishwasher); a living room with table, chairs, TV, and a separate bedroom equipped with a double bed 140x190 cm (Double) ; a bathroom with shower & toilet.
The flat is located in the pedestrian area of Annecy and was completely refurbished in March 2026., the apartment overlooks an inner courtyard to ensure the calm of your nights.
From the living room, you will enjoy a breathtaking view of Annecy Castle and greenery.
Free wifi available. ⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed.
We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.
The accommodation is on the 2nd floor without elevator.
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 5 min walk away.
Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake). 🅿️ The apartment is located in a pedestrian street.
Parking is possible in the nearby streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or at the underground car parks Sainte Claire or Bonlieu. 🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery possible from € 9.90 / person/ day.
Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage. ⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm.
This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening. 🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
