Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 5 min walk away.
Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake). ⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed.
We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject. 🅿️The nearest car park is the Post Office car park located 2 minutes walk from the accommodation. 🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery possible from € 9.90 / person/ day.
Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage. ⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm.
This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening. 🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Appartement très confortable, bien décoré, avec tous les électroménagers, moderne dans un bâtiment ancien de standing.
Très bien situé en plein centre Annecy.
L’hôte était toujours joignable et accommodant.
C’était une très bonne expérience, à refaire!

un parking de la poste qui a 5 minutes à pied vous avez la possibilité de prendre des des forfaits pour une journée deux ou trois jours...

In pieno centro e facile da raggiungere . parcheggio in zona a pagamento ma gratuito nei giorni di festa
Negative:
era specificato che l'appartamento si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore ... ma le scale erano impegnative.
