In the heart of the historic centre of Annecy, in a secure 100-year-old building with undeniable charm, come and discover this unique luxury suite.
Apartment with a lot of charm, overlooking "La Cour Filaterie" at number 6 of the eponymous street famous for its arcades & shops.
The Cour Filaterie is a set of 2 apartments that can be booked together or separately, on the same floor... 2 suites that can accommodate a total of 4 people.
Close to all amenities, shops, markets and attractions of the city and the lake.
It is an ideal place to discover the city of Annecy and the many interests around.
The entrance of the apartment is located in a pedestrian street, you can park Rue Joseph Blanc where you can drop your luggage with your vehicle.
All the shops necessary for your stay are at the doorstep as well as the many attractions and sites to see in town and on the lake.
This apartment has a 160 cm (King Size) double bed in a night alcove from which you can watch TV thanks to its swivel system..
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster, induction hob & microwave.
Linen will be provided for your stay: bed linen and toilet linen.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor without elevator. ⭐️ The historic centre of Annecy is the favorite point of travelers with its charm, its alleys, gardens and pedestrian areas. 🚭 To protect the apartment and its environment, the space is completely non-smoking.

After 9pm, a stand-alone arrival solution will be offered.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm.
This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
To access the apartment: 🚄The station is 8 minutes walk from the apartment. ✈️ Geneva Airport: 40 min by car 🅿️The nearest car parks are the Bonlieu car park and the Hôtel de Ville car park both located 5 minutes walk from the accommodation. 🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
Nearby: + Imperial Palace Casino, Spa and Beach + Close to all amenities, bakery, pharmacy, grocery store, creamery, bank, bar & restaurant + Lake (Albigny beach, Marquisats beach) + Pâquier or Champ de Mars (esplanade facing the lake) at 500m. + Ski resorts (La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand): 30min

Apartamento pequeño pero muy acogedor. Estuvimos solo dos dias pero los dos nos dejaron un desayuno completo en la puerta, nos pareció un detalle muy bonito.
