17 Glyn Y Marian is a bright and spacious cottage, just a short stroll from the beautiful sandy beach in Llanbedrog, on the picturesque Llyn Peninsula and can sleep six people. This upside-down cottage has three ground floor bedrooms consisting of a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms. There is also a ground floor bathroom, a first floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric fire and a sofa bed. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, a garage for kayak and bike storage, a balcony with a sun canopy, a barbecue and furniture and shared use of lawns. With the beach just a two minute walk away, 17 Glyn Y Marian is the perfect base for your family holiday.

The sea views from the living room in 17 Glyn Y Marian are fabulous. The house is comfortable and well-equipped. The owner was super responsive and helpful. Some of the decor is a little tired but this did not detract from our enjoyment - just something to be aware of. Llanbedrog is a lovely place to stay too.

This is the 3rd time we have visited this property, it never disappoints! The view is simply stunning, and we just love llanbedrog, short walk to the beach and 5-10 minutes in the car to Abersoch, we are rested and have had a great time, and will be back again !

Love this place so much so that we have returned each year for a number of years, the views of the sea and mountains are amazing and the house is warm, clean and cozy.
The area is central to all the places on the Llyn that we love to visit.
