This charming 40 m² flat with a sea view and direct access to the beach is available to rent in Cabourg. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a 10 m² small garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine...
- One bedroom with bunk beds (2 single beds)
- A shower room with shower and WC.
Outside area :
- An unfenced, north-facing garden facing the sea with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
The flat is ideally located in Cabourg, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
What to do :
Cabourg, a Mecca of the Belle Epoque with an eclectic heritage. Discover its legendary villas, gardens, dunes and beaches... Just 2 km away is Dives-sur-Mer, a charming town packed with listed monuments, including the medieval covered market, the Bois-Hibout manor house and Notre-Dame church. You can try your hand at sailing or water sports at Port Guillaume. This beautiful region promises a holiday full of discoveries!
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat garage (1 vehicle + bikes, not accessible if roof box).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Dives sur mer train station, 5 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Caen airport, approximately 39 minutes away by car.

Le centre de cabourg ,la vue de notre appartement plage et mer. Cause santé pas pu découvrir autre chose
La propreté, poussière sur tous les meubles noirs ,alèse de lit deux personnes sale .
Ainsi qu’un oreiller défectueux. Ai du partir précipitamment aux urgences puis retour maison obligatoire et pas possible de s'arranger avec le propriétaire pour un report de séjour.
Je reviens toujours vers cet appartement

La proximité de la plage, la vue sur la mer dès l ouverture des volets le matin, la ville de Cabourg je pense que lorsque on dit cela on a tout dit
Le manque de chaleur cette année mais c est la faute a pas de chance

🙂 Posizione eccezionale vista mare e maree - cucina ben attrezzata e bagno con doccia grande - giardino comodo per rilassarsi
🙁 Divano letto con struttura in metallo fastidiosa, ma materasso comodo - maniglie delle porte finestre non molto affidabili per riuscire a chiudere con sicurezza -"
