Anchor Well is a beautifully presented two-bedroom ground floor cottage located in the peaceful village of Ludchurch, the second highest point in Pembrokeshire.
Surrounded by countryside and boasting wonderful rural views along with a private hot tub, it offers a relaxing base for exploring the area.
The historic market town of Narberth is just a short drive away with its independent shops, restaurants and cafés.
You enter the property through a charming wooden door into the bright open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.
The kitchen is light and airy and features a wooden dining table seating four, along with all the appliances you need to prepare meals during your stay.
The living area offers comfortable seating with a large sofa and armchair, providing a great space to relax in front of the Smart TV after a day exploring the countryside or coast.
Anchor Well has two bedrooms.
The first is a beautifully decorated King bedroom, while the second is a spacious twin bedroom with a dressing table.
The family bathroom includes a bath with overhead shower, toilet and hand basin.
Outside, the property features attractive stone walls and a large patio area with far-reaching countryside views.
Guests can enjoy relaxing in the private hot tub, making it a lovely place to unwind at any time of day.
There is free on-site parking available.
Please note: • One small well-behaved dog may be permitted upon request. • The patio area is not enclosed for dogs. • A £50 charge may apply if the hot tub needs to be emptied and refilled due to the hot tub guidelines not being followed during your stay.

Hot tub was great, our children loved it.
It’s hard to say anything negative really because it was lovely and we had a great time there. One of our girls did find some false eye lashes left in her bed and a dried up chewing gum on the bedroom floor but I wouldn’t say this was a major issue.

The most annoying.
The toilet set is loose enough to be dangerous needs urgent attention.
The tap in the bathroom sink sprays out tike a sprinkler outside the sink ,it needs limescale remover .
