Family set consisting of two bedrooms, Mayotte and Polynesia, each comprising 1 bed 160 (2 twin beds 80) and a single sofa bed (100x190), a private bathroom with large shower, a private independent toilet, a kitchenette (fridge , 2-burner induction hob, microwave).
Available: open terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, garden with swimming pool (50 m², with alarm), parking on site, possibility of garage for motorbikes.

This 19th century house stands in a green setting at a short distance from Angoulême and the outdoor activities center on the Charente river. It offers an independant apartment on the second floor, with a view on the garden : two bedrooms, a shower room, toilets, and a small kitchen. The property being on the site of a previous watermill, children must be kept on close supervision.

Joyeux luron
Le gîte est sublime et les propriétaires parfaits. Nous avons été chouchouté. La propriété est vraiment magnifique, très fleurie, avec une grande piscine. Cet ancien moulin à eau à été restauré avec beaucoup de goût. Le petit déjeuner est préparé uniquement avec des produits maison. Un vrai paradis...

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour chez Nadine et Didier : c'est un lieu très ressourçant dans un cadre magnifique. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et fait maison. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les échanges avec Nadine et Didier. Ce serait un plaisir d'y retourner !...

Le lieu est magnifique, Nadine et Didier(les hôtes) sont très attentionnés, à l'écoute, dans la bienveillance à chaque instant.Les chambres sont confortable. Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit avec des enfants en bas âge.
