A few Michelin-recommended restaurants are in the Old Town - La Table du Marché Couvert and L’Imparfait. At the end of your evening, you might take in a show at Le Music Hall for a burlesque-style spectacle.

Bergerac is also the centre of the region’s wine production; you must visit the Musee du Vin to learn all about the local appellation. Rent a car for a day trip (at least) to explore the dozens of wineries radiating out from Bergerac along the Dordogne...you'll be so glad you did.

Here, you will also find the unmissable Maisons de Vins and will have the opportunity to take a tour along the Route de Vins de Bergerac.
