Information about the host
The Bergblick Loft is located in the centre of Aschau im Chiemgau, in a quiet and central location. Within a few minutes' walk you can reach various shopping facilities such as a bakery, grocery shop, butcher and various restaurants. Many very beautiful walks, mountain hikes or bike tours are possible in the valley and up the mountain from the holiday flat. Bus stop and the station of the branch line "Chiemgau Bahn" Prien-Aschau, connection to Munich and Salzburg are not far from the flat. We offer free parking directly in front of the house, free Wi-Fi and a lockable garage for your bicycles. Smoking is permitted on the balcony. Dogs and pets are not allowed.

Environment description
Excursion destinations such as the Chiemsee, the Kampenwandbahn, Prien or Rosenheim, in the direction of Munich and Salzburg are very easy to reach by car or train.

Arrival Description
By car: Motorway A8 Munich/Salzburg - exit Aschau / Frasdorf or Bernau, turn left towards Aschau/Kampenwandbahn. Coming from Frasdorf: pass the entrance to Aschau i.Ch., straight ahead on Rosenheimer Straße, past the petrol station, take the first exit at the roundabout. Follow the road for approx. 500 m, in the centre of the village (Sparkasse on the right / Linde on the left) turn into Aufhamer Straße, 2nd street on the left into Sonnwendstr., last house on the right. Coming from Bernau: pass the entrance to Aschau i.Ch., straight ahead on Bernauer Straße, approx. 50 m after crossing the railway track turn left towards the centre of the village. Follow the road for approx. 500 m, in the centre of the village (Sparkasse on the right / Linde on the left) turn into Aufhamer Straße, 2nd street on the left into Sonnwendstr., last house on the right. By train: Munich-Salzburg train connection - from Prien station to Aschau with the Chiemgaubahn - 50 m walk from the station.

The bright non-smoking holiday flat Bergblick Loft 60 sqm, newly built in 2022, invites you to relax with a spacious living room and a bedroom separated by a large wooden sliding door. On the west-facing balcony you can enjoy the evening sun and the view of the mountains. Separate bedroom with double bed 160 x 200 cm and open shelf cupboard. Stylishly furnished living room with sofa bed 130 x 190 cm, flat-SAT-TV, free WLAN, dining table with chairs and open kitchen. The kitchenette is equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, 2-plate ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. Pets and dogs are not allowed.
