Puddleduck is a Scandi-style lodge situated in the popular resort of Caldecott Hall, with golf course, a spa and a swimming pool available on site for guests..
Guests can park directly in front of the lodge which is set amongst the picturesque lakes of the resort, with private hot tub and balcony views out over the water and golf course beyond.
Walking into the lodge, guests are welcomed into the warm and inviting open-plan interior. The wood-panelled walls and ceilings create a cosy atmosphere, especially in the Autumn and Winter months. On the ground floor is the kitchen and dining area along with the twin bedroom and a handy utility room housing the washing machine. The family bathroom is also located on the ground floor with a shower over bath.
Upstairs is the main living area with access to the balcony which is a great spot to sit out and enjoy the sunset from of an evening. The master bedroom is also on the first floor and off this an be found the en-suite shower room.
Puddleduck lodge is part of the exclusive Tingdene Lifestyle Village, which is a Scandinavian-designed wooden lodge development overlooking the fairways of the 400-acre Caldecott Hall Golf Club. The Barnworks Fitness centre and Spa offers a wide range of facilities, including spa sessions and an indoor heated swimming pool. Catch and release fishing in the lakes is also permitted on request.
Both the golf and spa offer concessionary prices for guests staying at Puddleduck Lodge.
If guests can draw themselves away from all the facilities and activities available on site, there is plenty to see and do in the local area. Set amidst beautiful coastal scenery and rural countryside, nearby Great Yarmouth it is one of Britain's most popular seaside resorts and has beautiful sandy beaches and popular visitor attractions. There are also several interesting historical buildings, and it is also easy to explore the superb Norfolk Broads waterways just to the west.

-£150 refundable security deposit.
-Guests must adhere to the Caldecott Hall site rules and extra charges for facilities apply. The swimming pool is subject to availability / it's open to 8.30am - 4pm most days.
-Please note that charging of an electric vehicle is not permitted at this property.

Had a chance to play the Golf course too which was really nice. Was in good condition considering how dry it has been. Very friendly in the proshop and in the barn where the food is excellent. They kindly let me do the back 9 on Sunday morning before a hearty roast! Many Thanks

Me and my boyfriend visited puddleduck (no.17) this weekend. The location is stunning! The clubhouse (barn1) does amazing food which was a minute walk away! The chalet itself was gorgeous, clean, warm and cozy! The private hot tub was lovely, definitely worth the price and will 100% we booking again in the future :)

The property is lovely, spacious and located in a quiet location however still close to lots of places. The on site restaurant was also and added bonus. As was the pool on site which is low cost. The property was generally clean and amenities in the kitchen were great.
