This magnificent T3 located on the 5th and last floor of a beautiful old building with an elevator, will welcome you for your future stay in Lyon with all the necessary comfort.
It consists of an entrance, a master bedroom with a large dressing room and cupboards (180 x 200 bed), a second bedroom with office area and cupboards, a very pleasant living room with on one side a corner living room with TV, and on the other a dining area with a table and chairs.
You can also enjoy its independent, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
Tastefully decorated, you will feel at home.
It is ideally located since it has the Garibaldi metro stop at its feet.

LE DANDY "Spacious well decorated comfortable.
🙂 It was spacious and comfortable. It was nicely decorated. Location to what we wanted was good. I did fancy the plant stand. Would have like to put that in my suitcase but it was too big. So I left it there for others to enjoy. Hahaha

LE DANDY The apartment is very stylish and enjoyable. On a hot summer's day, a breeze flows through the property with it's windows on opposing sides of the house nicely cooling you down. The neighbourhood is good, and the metro is conveniently right outside the front door.

This was the perfect spot to settle in for the week. Our friends lived a short walk away, the metro station was right outside our doorstep, and the apartment had all the amenities we needed. Comfortable and quiet."
