Folly View is a luxurious Cotswold holiday home with a hot tub b near Lechlade-on-Thames. This barn which has been creatively renovated to accommodate 12+2 guests across six well-appointed bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The downstairs space is generous, featuring an open plan kitchen and dining area that opens onto a large patio, home to a wood fired hot tub where you can enjoy views across the farm and countryside.

Lovely sized and well apppointed accomodation. Good location for us and nice and quiet. Kids enjoyed the garden and football pitch, and RAF flights over!
Didnt get a chance to use the Sauna or other facilites but they looked great.
Hot tub went down well and outdoor heater was very useful.
Cold water dispenser not working but we got round that.

If you’re a large party looking for a house in the Cotswolds, this is ideal. The property has access across the fields to the river for paddleboarding. There is a sauna on site and a hot tub on the patio.

A Fantastic get away !
We as a family of 14 ,7 adults 7 children ages ranging from 1yr to 15 yrs
Had the best time from paddle boarding to table tennis competitions and cricket matches .
It suited all are needs everything you would need .
House was well equipped and lovely interior.
Would highly recommend a stay .
