The Wagon House is a beautifully presented, pet‑friendly holiday cottage nestled in the peaceful Cornish countryside in the village of Lezant, just a short drive from the historic town of Launceston. This cosy rural retreat sleeps four guests in two inviting bedrooms and features a private patio with outdoor furniture, along with convenient access to shared open‑air amenities including a picnic bench, lake field and built‑in barbecue, giving you your own slice of the best of Cornwall’s landscape.
Inside, the property offers a warm and welcoming living space where you can unwind in front of the Smart TV while meals are prepared in the well‑equipped kitchen. As the evening sun sets over the Cornish hills, enjoy dining outdoors or cooking on the barbecue before heading indoors to the modern bathroom and spacious double and twin bedrooms. The twin beds can be configured as a king-size on request, offering flexible comfort for families, couples or friends.

The living areas in this single-storey property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, a dining table for four and a sitting area. The bedrooms consist of a double and twin serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is off-road parking for 2 cars and a private patio with barbecue, furniture and access to fields and lake. Within 4.8 miles there is a shop and 0.4 miles a pub. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. Explore Cornwall at The Wagon House. Note: This property rests on a working farm. Note: There is a lake on the grounds, children must be supervised at all times. Note: Road noise can be heard from the property.
