This exceptional villa is located right on the beach and will delight you with its unique blend of history, comfort and perfect location.
It is a 130-year-old traditional Dalmatian olive mill, carefully renovated and converted into a luxurious stone villa that can accommodate up to 10 people.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped modern kitchen with dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV and satellite channels.
A sofa bed can accommodate an additional two people.
The entire space has access to the terrace, swimming pool and beach located right in front of the house.
There is also a toilet and laundry area on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms and two twin bedrooms, also with en suite bathrooms, ensuring complete privacy and comfort for all guests.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, has Wi-Fi throughout the property and free private parking for three cars is provided.
The landscaped garden features a private swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, a barbecue with outdoor seating, and a children's playground with swings and a slide - ideal for relaxation and family vacations.
Located in the quiet village of Brijesta on the Pelješac peninsula, the villa offers direct contact with the sea, silence and privacy, while also being in an excellent location for exploring the surrounding natural and cultural beauties of southern Croatia.
Please note that the property does not accept youth groups.

Ägaren av huset som mötte upp oss med nyckeln var trevlig och verkligen hjälpsam. Ville definitivt att vi skulle ha en härlig semester.
Huset ligger precis intill en liten fin stand, bara några steg ner. Det känns som en alldeles egen strand tillhörande villan men...

Leider war die Lage nicht zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Das Haus liegt sehr abgelegen. Es gibt keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Auf der Website, bei der Buchung, wurde angegeben, dass die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit in ca 1 km Entfernung liegt. Tatsächlich war das nicht so. Die nächste Einkaufsm...

We had a fantastic time at this newlet remodeled, immaculate home! We had 4 adults and 6 kids and stayed the last week of May. The weather was great! My family swam everyday in the warm, crystal clear water of the Adriatic. No waves or wind. We had the sea to ourselves! The pool was great for my 6 y...
