The Villetta Elena in a panoramic position, overlooking the hills and the village of Montescudaio, is located in a strategic position just 13 km from the beaches of Marina di Cecina.

Equipped with: -wifi - 4 gas burners - oven - toaster - column fridge with freezer - iron and ironing board - coffee/tea kettle - washing machine - hair dryer - air conditioning with cooling and heating - TV with the reception of foreign channels - parking space - enclosed garden Separate collection is carried out and waste is placed in special containers at the customer's expense.
Your pets are welcome with a supplement for cleaning the apartment.

Sehr schön mit wunderbaren Blick ins Tal. Tolles Haus mit grossem Garten und allem Komfort. Die Schlüsselübergabe durch die sehr nette Vermieterin lief perfekt. Insgesamt absolut zu empfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Nur die nahe Strasse stört minimal die Idylle (Landstraße)
