Wi-Fi is free of charge in the facilities and charged within the accommodation. Please note charges apply for the use of the gym facilities. All apartments are on the first floor and are up two small flights of stairs Please note Ladram Bay will not accept any parties under 25. However, for couples under 25, sports groups, non-family and large group bookings please call to confirm and if accepted – a £50 security deposit per person will be required upon arrival.

Good sized caravan for what we needed. My only issue i jad was the narrow corridor and the doorways, and the very blunt kitchen knifes that where supplied. Comfortable beds and sofas. Can't say much else really.

We found the mattress slightly uncomfortable, as we are used to one that is slightly firmer. Otherwise, the caravan was very very good and a perfect location on site for us, with it being very close to all of the facilities.

The caravan had all we needed but we did go out and buy a rubber mat for the shower as it was a little slippy, beds were very comfortable, caravan was nice and roomy and clean and tidy.
